Thermostatic expansion valves regulate the injection of refrigerant liquid into evaporators. Injection is controlled by the refrigerant superheat. The range of thermostatic expansion valves cover different valves designed for specific applications. TE 5 - 55 is supplied as a part program with a wide range of valve bodies. DCR filter drier, exchangeable core, housing and cores
DCR filter driers protect refrigeration, freezing and air conditioning systems from moisture, acids and solid particles. DCR filter driers are delivered with exchangeable cores for use in liquid and suction lines in refrigeration plants with fluorinated refrigerants. Core types: 48-DC for HCFC and CFC systems. 48-DM for HFC systems. 48 DA for acid adsorption after burnout. 48-F strainer for retaining dirt.

Eliminator© hermetic burn-out filter driers type DAS are used in the suction line to clean up refrigeration and air conditioning systems with flourinated refrigerants after a compressor motor burn-out. The solid core, which is composed of 70% activated alumina and 30% Molecular Sieve, adsorbs harmful acids as well as moisture. By adsorbing these acids, the DAS hermetic burn-out filter drier protects the new compressor against failure.

GBC ball valves are manually operated shut-off valves suitable for applications where bi-directional flow is a requirement. 
GBC valves are approved for applications in liquid, suction, and hot gas lines in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. 
GBC valves offer maximum tightness across the seat and seal, with minimum pressure drop. 
GBC valves give maximum flow in the fully open position. They are designed for operation within a broad temperature range and are approved for use with any fluorinated refrigerant. Standard GBC valves may be used in applications using high pressure refrigerants, including R410A, and GBC bi-directional ball valves can be delivered with or without external access port. 
For CO2 applications a dedicated range is available with a max. working pressure of 90 bar (1300 psig).

KVP evaporator pressure regulator, suction line
KVP evaporator pressure regulators are mounted in the suction line of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. They are used to maintain a constant pressure corresponding to a constant temperature on the evaporator. They also protect against too low an evaporating pressure by throttling down when the pressure falls below the set value.

KVR condensing pressure regulator
KVR condensing pressure regulators can be mounted in either the gas or liquid side of the condenser in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. They are used to maintain a constant and sufficiently high condensing pressure with systems using air-cooled condensers. KVR condensing pressure regulators can also be used with differential pressure valves type NRD or receiver pressure regulators type KVD to assure that adequate pressure is maintained on the receiver.

KVC hot gas bypass regulator
KVC hot gas bypass regulators are used to adapt compressor capacity to actual evaporator load by supplying a replacement capacity in the form of hot/cool gas. They are installed in a bypass line between the high and low-pressure sides of the refrigeration system and are designed for direct gas injection into the suction line.
  • Regulating range 0.2 - 6.0 bar,
  • Factory setting 2 bar,
  • Max. working pressure 28 bar.
  • Max. test pressure 31 bar.
  • Maximum P band 2.0 bar.

CPCE hot gas bypass regulator (with LG)
CPCE hot gas bypass regulators are used to adapt compressor capacity to actual evaporator load. CPCE hot gas bypasses are installed in a bypass line between the high and low pressure sides of the refrigeration system and are designed for hot gas injection into the evaporator just after the expansion valve. Liquid-gas mixer LG can be used at the point of injection to assure a proper mixture.
  • Refrigerants: HCFC and Non-flammable HFC refrigerants.
  • Regulating range 0 - 6.0 bar (0 – 87 psig),
  • Factory setting 0.4 bar (5.8 psig),
  • Max. working pressure 28 bar (406 psig).

KVL crankcase pressure regulator, suction line
KVL crankcase pressure regulators are installed in the suction line of refrigeration systems. They are used to protect the compressor motor against overload experienced during startup after long off periods or just after defrost periods.

The water regulating valves give modulating regulation of the condensing pressure and so maintain it constant during operation. AVTA thermostatic operated water valves are used for proportional regulation of water flow quantity in refrigeration plants with water-cooled condensers for condensing pressure regulation purposes. AVTA water regulating valves give modulating regulation of the condensing pressure and so maintain it constant during operation. When the refrigeration plant is stopped, the cooling water flow is shut off automatically. AVTA is designed for use with water or neutral brine. AVTA opens on rising bulb temperatures.
