Karbox condensing units are manufactured to provide a base product for cooling and Air-conditioning equipment manufacturers in order to form their condensing groups. Products are easy to configure, assemble and maintain. They are fully covered with electrostatic powder painted galvanized sheet for environment protection. Open types are for indoor applications and closed types are for outdoor applications. Karbox models have hermetic/scroll and semi-hermetic compressor types. Fans can be mounted horizontally or vertically.
CHH (Closed Type Semi-hermetic-Horizontal Groups) units include cabinet, condenser, electric box, fan and inner accessories. In other closed type units, condenser, electric box, fan are supplied as a standard, inner accessories can be provided upon request. Products’ colour is RAL 7032. Upon request, another colour can be applied.
Condenser capacity values are given for 15 oC heat difference. Users should make the selection according to their conditions or should contact with Karyer technical support.
Dimensions of the division for compressor assembly are indicated in our catalogues for control purposes of the user.
Open type units include cabinet, condenser and fan as a standard. Upon request, additional accessories can be obtained.
Closed type condensing unit groups’ design can be adapted to use the unit as a heat pump upon the request of customers.
Some modifications can be made in Karbox units in order to customize the product for the usage of customer.
Blast freezers are developed to function in cooling and freezing of bakery products, meat and fish. Shock freezing helps to preserve the products with a better quality and for longer time by freezing them very rapidly.

Our unit coolers, having the range of 0,9-56 kW, are able to satisfy small and medium amount of cooling needs. The coils, included in the unit coolers, are quite compact in addition to their thermally high efficient performance. For higher capacity needs, we are able to offer special designs.
The material and the shape properties of the coils can be sorted as:
Hairpin : 1/2” (upon request 5/8”) copper tube
Fin : High efficient corrugated fins
Fin spacing : Wide range of fin spacings as 4,2-6,0-8,0-10,0 (upon request 12,0 mm)
Test : After the assembly process, coils are tested within a pressure range of 22 to 26 bars for leakages and provided with nitrogen loaded in it.
Having been manufactured with electrostatic white powder coated galvanized sheets against corrosion; it has attractive view in addition to its rigidity. Additionally, the side panels and the drain pan can be easily removed to facilitate installation and maintenance operations.

After the assembly process, coils are tested with pressurized dry air for leakages.
Defrost Heaters : Defrost heaters and are provided upon request.
Casing : In all models caseworks are made of aluminum sheets. In EC-A models, the cabin is also made of aluminum sheets whereas, in ED-P and EG-P models, the cabin is made of ABS. For all 3 categories, the models are rigid in addition to their aesthetic view. They new design also facilitates installation and maintenance processes.
Gravity coolers are known as natural convection coolers and are operating without fan motors. They are designed for areas where minimal dehumidification is required with low air flow circulation or draft free conditions. Low air flow in the gravity coolers maintains the weight loss of products as minimal. Flower and food preparation rooms, perishable good stores are examples of common operating areas for these units.
It is advised for gravity coolers to be used in +2°C and above cold room temperatures. Below these temperatures, using drip tray and electrical defrost elements is recommended.
